How long have you worked with PLAVU?

I started working with PLAVU in January last year, 2022. Now I have worked for one year and ten months in Re:BUiLD Project.

What’s a typical day like for you?

I wake up at 6.00am to open the gate and the office. I then enter the office to switch off the security lights. I do morning check by moving around the premises, enter in my Occurrence book in the morning and then prepare my breakfast.
I later open for staff from 8.00am, and after that I go to rest as I continue to open for any visitor who comes in. Since I operate 24 hours, I rest after lunch from 2.00pm to 5.00pm when I close the office.
At 6.00pm, I switch on the security lights and lock the main gate with padlocks, book off in the occurrence book, have my super and then sleep from 8.00pm till mid night when I get out to check the premises where I stay awake till 4.00am. I later sleep till 6.00am when my day starts again.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I am not restricted at work, I plan my work. I am also provided with the working tools and meals. I enjoy the corporation with all the staff members of PLAVU.

What are your hobbies?

Watching games most especially football on my phone.

Where would you go for your dream vacation?

I would like to go and watch international football and also visit Mombasa in Kenya.
